shuTi is an alarm clock for iTunes native to Windows (mac version comming soon), with a alarm time and sleep time for each day of the week. Full of features it also allows you to open any other programs with the alarm or close any programs at sleep time. This is the real reason for this program for I was tired of those damn DVD menus that loop continuously, interrupting what little sleep I get in-between school and work.
Just added, check for purchases. Now you set the time period and/or increment you want shuTi to check for new purchases. If you sleep in late enough you might be able to see that new episode of Battlestar Galactica, the Office, Daily Show, or Cobert Report while you wake up.
So if you like falling asleep to DVD’s and waking up to iTunes this is the program for you. Other features of the alarm include starting the visualizer, your favorite playlist, and raising both the system and iTunes volumes to your liking. There is even a snooze though beware, it is a random number between five and fifteen minutes so you don’t get used to a set amount.
